ck9999 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ck9999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ck9999 online gaming platform, operated under international online gaming licensing, accessible at ck9999.vu.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with ck9999 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the ck9999 website, mobile interface, gaming software, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services accessible through ck9999.vu.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access ck9999 services.

By registering an Account with ck9999, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ck9999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ck9999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Each Player is strictly permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

As part of our KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ck9999 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ck9999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ck9999 accepts no responsibility.

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed within your ck9999 Account cashier at the time of transaction. ck9999 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods within the timeframes stated in the cashier, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

ck9999 may at its discretion impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on verification status, account history, or risk assessment. Players are prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of third parties or using payment methods that are not registered in their own name.

ck9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ck9999 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within this period.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on ck9999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck9999 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances where ck9999 determines, at its sole discretion, that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or obvious pricing error.
• ck9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at obviously incorrect odds, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of bet placement.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market as displayed within the relevant gaming interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck9999 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one ck9999 account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in relation to events offered on the ck9999 Sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content published on the ck9999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, sound effects, animations, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from ck9999.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use of the ck9999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Personal data collected by ck9999 is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive such communications.

ck9999 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to process your payments through authorised payment service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck9999 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary — arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by circumstances beyond ck9999's reasonable control, including but not limited to payment provider outages, banking system interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balance information caused by technical errors, provided ck9999 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• The Player's own decision to gamble, including any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ck9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

ck9999 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care towards all Players seriously. ck9999 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and actively promotes healthy gambling behaviour throughout the Platform.

ck9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits, after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the time elapsed during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account termination for cause, ck9999 may at its discretion forfeit any Bonus Balance held in the account. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method used for deposits, subject to applicable legal obligations and completion of any pending investigations.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ck9999 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

ck9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ck9999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck9999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the ck9999 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures available under ck9999's applicable gaming licence. Players are encouraged to retain records of all communications with ck9999 support during any dispute process.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. ck9999 will always seek to resolve disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner consistent with its obligations as a licensed gaming operator.
